If I'm right (I'm sure someone will correct me of I'm wrong) the recommended run in by the manufacturers is 500 miles...

If you don't correctly, you can do 3 heat cycles and cool downs without a problem.. Just double check with someone else aswell, don't just go by what I'm saying!!!

most important is the first 50 miles to run the rings in, check mototune usa website about it

just warm up for 2 mins then ride at really low revs until warm, stay under 45mph for 1st 100miles stop every 15miles then gradually get faster

at 300miles start reving out in higher gears etc, u will be fine, run 99 octanesmile
