Ok what makes a carb flood was out yesterday and half way through the day my bike bogs out after a few kiks I get a bang then nothing stripped the bike on the spot chckep piston it was fine finally got to the carb took it off and pow petrol everywhere it had loads in it cleaned it rebuilt the bike and it was fine running better than ever it's happens twice now what could it be
think the needle valve becomes warn over time so you can replace them and sure there is a pdf some where on how to set floats .
you say got to carb tuck it of and pow petrol everywhere ??? was the petrol overflowing with carb inplace or did it just come out after you removed or tiltrd it ? as the carb will hold a good amount of fuel in float chamber and tilting or tipping carb it will come out
the float will have fuel in it fella, if you didnt drain it before removing it itl piss out some fuel, if it is flooding you may have the float needle stuck, or sticking or damaged, simple to pop out and clean
