Yamaha DT125 R year 2000 ( help also needed)

Hello,

starting to rebuild my yamaha. In the winter I will probably get new plastics and paint it white ( if I dont buy new bike). At the moment looking for polisport front mask, new front fender and acrebis fork "socks"

I have few questions aswell.

Where to buy SM wheels with postage to Estonia? ( can be 2nd hand)

How to destrict YPSV?

At the moment I'm making it street-legal. So that means all lights need to be working. Can't get rear light working ( led). Can someone help what could be wrong?

Also I have problem with LED flashers. I disconnected the flasher light under dash but they still don't work as should. So will LED realy fix it or I need to buy resistors?

Vid of the problem

Hi and welcome to the forum!!

I had exactly tue same problem with my LEd indicators..

In the end I had to fit LED Relay and also resistors on all 4 indicators to get them to flash at the correct rate

Yeah you'll need a new relay for the LED indicators.

You can use anything to SM your DT. Easiest thing to use is the wheels off a DTX since they'll bolt right in. With adjustments to the front caliper.

If you know what you're doing you can use many different types of wheels to SM. I want to go for Aprilia's RS125 wheels on my DT. That'll need custom spacers and the wheel flipped around.
