A bit of rope. Tie it round the middle of the tyre all the way round. Cross them over. Add some leverage and tie over again. Then twist the leverage. I'll find a vid, it's on youtube.

never realy had that problem but a great vid and will come in handy one day ...so simple

The trouble i have is that the tyre is seated nicely then there one little section thats tucked in do you think i if i just keep putting air in it will pop out and sit flush with the rim i put 40 psi in there earlier and it still did not budge.

put the wheel upright and put some pressure on thet point on the outside miffle bit then inflate . try sitting on it or ask some one to do the same as you inflate ..

but as shown in that video realy simple and easy method and should work fine . have you watched the video ?
