According to my local yamaha specialist. Apparently the tzr125rr SP barrel wasn't made by Yamaha. It's actually a polini kit.

Well it took some hunting but managed to track it down :)

Very useful site. All the parts manuals i found so far were for the 4dl1 and didnt show the seat lock assy. Turns out the 4DL3 uses the same seat lock assy as on an xj600 diversion amongst others.
