Try www.athenaparts.com/eng/brands/view/265/yamaha pretty cheap gaskets from there and on a par with genuine Yamaha ones, I've ordered a couple of head gaskets today myself, take advantage of the weak Euro.
For your tax you need insurance, the bikes V5, and current MOT. Not sure how you'd go about a replacement tax disc if you've had yours pinched and still got a fair bit left on it mind.

Same price as amazon but the ****ing site ain't working and it's pissing me riiiiiight off. On a similar note, what do I need to get tax? as the ****ers stole my tax disc too :(
Runs out at the end of this month anyway so was just going to get some more, although the bike doesn't have an MOT certificate cos the guy before me lost it.. and I can't find my bloody v5
i dont see why you need to display a tax disc, they have it on their ANPR computers dont they so whats the point?
It's really not needed anymore, I don't see why they don't just get rid of them with everything being on computers. It's just something else to fall off your bike lol.
Nah dude, waiting on a head gasket and the missus brought me a new headlight and cowl cos shes nice like that.. lol, number plate i ordered online and then just need to do the head skimming and i'll be all good
Lol. I've been riding around since my bike got nicked with mot or tax or cbt. Fúck it. It's my way in claiming back the money police owe me for not sueing the cúnts who stole my bike.
Don't need old MOT cert to tax. Just needs to be MOT'd

The reason being is that whether you have paid your tax or not, there is a fine that can be handed out by police and TRAFFIC WARDENS for failiure to display a valid tax disc. It's irrelevant that you have valid tax, its the fact you are not displaying it that they will fine you for. It's a joke but dont get caught out.
