Might be selling my XT600 Trip, 3500k original genuine mileage, 93 model, imported from California, registered over here 1996, tanks in at my mates garage for a pea sized hole repair, seat needs a recover, when I can get round to it. Just the jobby for on/off road touring.
Moved pic to Other Bikes thread, as Seiki, isn't too keen on pics in here.
Sounds a good mission mate! did about 300 in one day on the DRZ felt like i'd been in prison for a year my arse was that sore! bet it's comfy on the ZZR tho!

I regularly do a couple of hundred miles on the DT. 500 would be a bit of a stretch though, I think. Also, I keep cooking it.
Joined up with a bazillion bikers at Ace Cafe on Sunday for the run to Brighton. I followed the wrong bunch and ended up on the M25. Engine went after about 40 minutes, had to push off to the next junction. Was fine after it cooled down though. I'm thinking more oil is required.
I love spending all day just aimlessly riding though. It's what it's all about. :D

What kind of revs were you sitting at? I used the m25, A1, M1 M6 and covered 2050 miles in 7 days and my temperature guage never got to half way. Usuaully about 1/4 or below.
