so i oredered these and they turned up proper quick biggrin

had a minor but annoying leak

proper thin though (shocking video quality but whatever)

did as it said and this crump came out 

needed to repeat it 4 times on each fork,only used one of the 2 blades supplied though. proper chuffed cos i have another pair of leaking yz forks need doing. 

jobs a good un and no more leaks!! biggrinbiggrinbiggrin and all for less than 6 quid. deeteemx said thin feeler guages can be used too biggrin

i was shocked twice. 1st by how much crap had built up in there,and 2nd by the fact it worked.... proper ronseal moment biggrin and cal,the discs came from 

www.racediscs.com and only 30 squid a disc! laser cut stainless,quite thick and no probs so far biggrin

i have one of these myself used them on the dtx forks worked for a week and started leaking again haha

lol i'll keep an eye on then toy lol wanted to go out today and test them but me mates are bein gay hmm cant get on the track on me own. its in middle of nowhere,you crash you die type of thing bleh

wtf so they are just funny shaped bits of thin branded plastic ? that clean round the seals ? could you just not find some plastic the same thickness and cut to the same shape and save £6

not saying there bad lol they worked ad worked on my dads fazer 600 aswell just saying my dtx seals are shagged haha

mdk i did make one outa plastic first but had sharpe edges and for around £2 i think they wear or something silly like that there not bad lol

i didn't know what thickness they would be,so i thought i'd give them a go lol they are really thin though. like i say,deeteemx recommended a thin feeler to do the same trick. hate to think how many seals i've changed over the years when it was just built up dirt letting the oil through disbelief
