so i oredered these and they turned up proper quick
had a minor but annoying leak
proper thin though (shocking video quality but whatever)
did as it said and this crump came out
needed to repeat it 4 times on each fork,only used one of the 2 blades supplied though. proper chuffed cos i have another pair of leaking yz forks need doing.
jobs a good un and no more leaks!! and all for less than 6 quid. deeteemx said thin feeler guages can be used too
lol i'll keep an eye on then toy lol wanted to go out today and test them but me mates are bein gay cant get on the track on me own. its in middle of nowhere,you crash you die type of thing
wtf so they are just funny shaped bits of thin branded plastic ? that clean round the seals ? could you just not find some plastic the same thickness and cut to the same shape and save £6
i didn't know what thickness they would be,so i thought i'd give them a go lol they are really thin though. like i say,deeteemx recommended a thin feeler to do the same trick. hate to think how many seals i've changed over the years when it was just built up dirt letting the oil through
