Lower rear shock bolt size?

After spending ALL DAY trying to get the bl**dy thing out Ive given up!  

The bolt is seized to the bush inside the shock and no amount of abuse has moved it. 

Ive got a new shock to fit but alas cant get the lower bolt out. Ive had a blow torch on it, hit it with a hammer to the point the lower linkage is bent and now my bike is off the road until I can find a new linkage /shock /bolt:(

Anyway.. 

 

Does anyone know the size/ length of the lower bolt as I'm going to have to cut it off.

I think the spacers are in right, those bits are part of the linkage. It looks like its going to have an angle grinder
through it at the weekend anyway!
