Most of them racks have a design weight of 120/130 kg but your tow bar will have a manufacturer load limit that will be in your hand book often around the 90kg mark so it is all a little of a gray area , I used a rack like yours to carry a Honda XL200R on the back of the Bugilow and did not have a problem but then mine is on a van not a small car but I have made my own rack beefed up and have had the DT on it with no probs but the DT and the XL are very similar in weight

The weights do vary from rack to rack and from car to car so have a look in your hand book for tow bar nose weight that is the max weight you are supposed to put on the tow bar and then have a look at the rack and see if there is a manufactures name that will give you some where to check for its max then the lowest one is what you should use as a max my rack is home made and I say it should carry the QE2 and the tow bar is strengthened by my and I say that should carry the QE 1 and 2 LOL its one of them things where you should be ok as long as nothing goes wrong , I have used mine for 5 trips to the IOM for three and a half weeks at a time so what about 15 weeks bouncing about on there roads and not had any problems but on a Bugilow it does not look as bad as it may do on a car , I have never heard of any one being stopped and checked for weight with one over at the TT there are some people with big bikes on racks like mine Honda Black Bird Harley Tractors down to Monkey bikes and all sorts in between and some to me look dead dodgy to say the least suppose the other question that springs to mind how far and how often would you be using it ??
