any of you that have seen my build thread knows that i wanna go yamaha reddish yellow ****tail" as my new colour scheme but.. when i took my car for an mot today i went next door to see wats happnin as there used to be a car garage there but theve moved out, i went there to find this place http://www.bright-cars.co.uk/#!vinyl-wrapping so might jus scrap that idea now n wrap the lot! lol they do all sorts of coulours and effects. was thinking of goin urban camo or carbon fiber effect, the work this dude does is flawless the quality is amazing check the link!

wat u boys reckon? go more authentic yamaha or go crazy?? lol

well he said a 100 quid to do the bonnet on my toyota starlet, so i reckon not much more than that to do all the panels and tank? its the vinyl thts the pricey bit he does different qualitys depending on how much u wanna spend, ill get steve to come down with his bike so he can quote me how much

would be interesting mate, had thought about wrapping mine at some point and seeing as the side panels and tank need redoing on my bike i may look into it as it's better than waiting 2 weeks spraying the panels lol. Might look into a few camo effects go for a dark stealth theme....who nose.

I wouldn't personally tbh - like nath said vinyl just looks cheap and tacky even if it does end up costing quite a bit (it just does for some reason)

CF wrap just looks like you can't afford real cf as well, use to like it but gone off it now

However if you like it then do it :)

Been brought up before a while back, I know, but an alternative to wrapping is Hydrographics, you'll need to search youtube to see what I'm on about.

i reckon if the carbon fibre wrap was realistic looking, not just like a flat image then it would be good

the film the bloke uses is real good quality, its textured so it has tht feel to it, dunno if ill go carbon tbh might get the odd little bit done in it but id like to go a camo effect, either normal urban camo, or a yellow camo, still not decided yet

Camo could look good but if it's a solid colour it would look loads better painted

If you're selling, you are unlikely to make the money back. Wrapping would probably depreciate the bike (not everyone's taste) graphics would improve valve but not at the cost of the graphics

ill never make the money back on my bike now seein as i spent over 1200 quid on the last build lol didnt look it but it was all spent on mechanical/frame/engine bits labour at the yam dealer for electrics, ect and now already done almost 500 on the 2nd build parts i got so far still need alot more parts, plus paint, graphics, more engine parts its all adding up : ( lol
