hmmm ok mate, strange as mine didnt want to idle with a 17.5 pilot, deffo checking for air leeks for sure tomorrow as couldnt do anything today as working

needles finally moved tho down to the bottom notch, was out there for fricking hours last night after work trying to get that neon green clip out which sits in the throttle slider, some numpty had put it in the wrong way round so it was fricking hard to get to the clip and move it out the way to get it out, had to mangle it in the end but finally got it out but mangled it back so should be all good to use again :) lol

What i did notice tho is that the needle hasn't got a proper prick to it, its flat right at the end as if the end has snapped, there meant to have a prick arent they?? lol if so how would you think the mixture would be affected and how would it run too?? would it just simply put more fuel in fuel in the mixture with the end of the throttle needle snapped or more to it than that?? (if it is snapped??)

Cheers :)

It's not suppose to be a prick. Its the thickness of the needle that affects the amount of fuel getting in.
