First section 59 is a warning Second within 1 year and they have the 'right' to compound the vehicle until you pay to release it
Nothing to do with points, hell the police don't even need to see you doing it let alone prove it known people to get them through the post just through members of the public reporting them (although I would obviously tell them to get lost and get some real evidence)

+1 for that. The section 59 I've got hidden under my bed never gave me 3 points! Aparently I was on my 50cc and I was racing a car at 3 o'clock in the morning! Firstly if i were racing wouldn't the car have been in front. My 50 never did do more than 60 and I never took it past 8k RPM so not sure how the guy calculated this lmao.
