Took my bike for an MOT today and it faild on a 2 things.

Flat Battery & Needs new front tyre. Apart from that it's all good.. Will need a new rear disc break so might get a full set or nice wavy discs for it while im at it.

But for the garage to fit the tyre and battery is £81.11p and wont need to resit the MOT if they put the bits on the bike em selfs so still watsted £29.99. but hey at least it's all in good nic after living where i do.

Can it even fail on a flat battery? Also AFAIK there's no limit for tyre tread for 125's as stupid as that sounds, it's only got to be "visible" And if you can get it back to them within either a week or two weeks, can't remember which, it's normally a free retest, or at least a partial retest, unless they're really tight or something lol.

I doubt very much that it's true that there is no legal tyre limit.

Ignore, that bit, only applies to 50's. Still can't see how you can fail on a flat battery though lol.
