as you can see i have stripped it completely going to start a fresh. Sent the frame and petrol tank off to be powder coated, was going to send the swing arm off to but noticed the rust from the sea is so bad on it theres a hole on one of the inner seams. So will be buying another to get blasted and coated instead.

Ive sent the head and barrel off to road and dirt bike performence in leeds, a good recomendation of Nev's, to be rebored and skimmed!

So once i get these things back i can start rebuilding and load more pics. biggrin

One task that im not sure whether to do or not is take apart the bottom end! the big end bearing seems to have no backward and forward movement on it. But it has done a LOT of miles! So whether i should muck around with it or not im not sure? Not trying to cut corners just thinking if it aint broke dont fix it. Any thoughts welcome.

Nice oldschool Dt there, like the colour. I'd strip the engine, no better opportunity tbh
