Anyone know when they stopped producing the WR 426 ?, because my dad checked the licence plate on my so called WR 450, And it is registered as a WR 426, with 37 bhp, Not a WR 450 with 58 xD but it is a 2005 mod, And i heard they stopped making the 426 in 2002 ? can anyone confirm this ?
I think your right, So the thing is i bought a bike i tought was a 2005 mod 450, Turns out its a 426 Proboably 2002, Since as i understands it, they quit making them in 2002, It proboably just wasnt registered before 2005.
Kind of a bummer, But its fast as ****, So it doesnt matter ^^
Theres just a problem, It dies if i have it in 4-5 th gear, Or low RPM and give full throttle, It might be because it was cold i dont know. Ill try running it to the optimal temperature some other day.
Also it dies if i turn the Choke off, But im thinking its because i have been ****ing with the idle screw lol
Calcum, Im thinking it is because i ****ed with the idle screw, and it wasnt running in the optimal temp yet, When i test drove it before i bought it it was running fine without the choke.
