it is a 35 tmx carb off a blaster. 62mm is the back of the carb. i have done all the work to the inlet manifold rubber so the carb fits i even opend up the reed block windows and fitted cf reeds. just cant get the rubber over the back. i tryed boreing it out after 3 hours of trying to strech it then it ripped.
i will haveing the same problem with my tm 34 on my 230 witch was 59mm i think ended up giving up trying just run it without a filter untill i sold it could not get it on for the life of me i tryed carb sprey to make it wet but nout would work only thing i had left was to dremle the rubber to make it thinner so it would go then use a big juberly clip to hold it on
Never saw this before. , I bored. A little with a dremel then boiled the rubber in a pan, then stretched it over a beer bottle, place it in the freezer and it worked, I have pics on my threads
be great to get some larger hose or rubber that fits the carb ok then adjust it to fit the air box or use some flat rubber or old inner tube and two round clips to attach to each other
