There are a number of guides to jetting on the forum. Having a look in the jetting section and have a read through.

Guess mate.

When guessing its always better to err on the rich side than the lean side.

So start at a bigger jet and work your way down. The colour of the plug by doing a plug chop will give you the best indication of how the engine is running
