hi wondering what jet to put in my bike as by te looks of it my top end troubles emulate around it running lean its got a 240 jet and full big one .any ideas

I'd say you were pretty much there with a #240 jet, only other thing to do is to revert back to a #210 see how that is, with a new plug and cleaned air filter and take it from there, also check which notch the needle is on, moving up a notch can richen it up a tad

Have a look at the setting on the oil pump.

240 should be spot on. Shouldnt need to vary from there mate.

Is the snorkel in?

Is the yeis on?

Any air leaks anywhere?

Should be notches on the needle to raise or lower it.

snorkel is in it doesnt have yeis (if you mean bottle on carb boot) and airleaks all over the place atm sealing it up as we speak

No the YEIS is on the inlet. The bottle on the boot is a restriction. That should be on if not it should be plugged up. Otherwise you get premature wear to the engine.
