Just a abit of friendly advice I know you having mates come round but if it gets heavy or he becomes too confrontational and he or they become threatening just ring the feds I personnally hate them but use the law thats what they are there for you don`t want a court case to make matters worse mate

What you do here if he has been threatening you is soon as you answer your door to him dont say anything just stick the nut right on the end of his nose hard as you can, then kick him straight in the balls...... then see if he wants his money back when hes on the floor wondering what the **** just happened. Private sale sold as seen, your not a trader don't be bullied by him.

No. I wouldn't have thought the police could do anything to you. At the end of the day you haven't got the money anymore. He's had the bike and this is the first complaint. As said you didn't sell any warranty so not really a lot you can do. I could have paid double that for your bike. I was happy with the price otherwise I would have negotiated it.

No legal rights on a private sale unless he can prove it was like it when you sold it to him and it wasn't,but something tells me it's not the legal side of it that will surface, so if he comes over all guns blazing then tell him you've spoke to yer lawyer and he says its a legal matter so you'll have to call the Pigs,hopefully this will also deter him from coming back to do anything to yer house/car/dtr as he will think the fuzz is involved

there is 2 sizes 16mm & 19mm i cant check at the mo as I have no engines in any of my frames I will look into it mate as Im defo getting one of these if they fit especially living back in brum again. hmm

just text him telling him you have sold it as seen, include in the text the fact hes had a few days to find problems and its now too late to return it, also say youve told the police and theyll be straight there if he does turn up and tell him there is NO chance of him having a refund or anything swapped for it


he just wont turn up then. and im 99% sure of that
