Hope it all ends well

Note for next time, tell him to **** off straight away (nicely if he's not being an ass and just asking). Like already said you aren't a trader, he has no legal right whatsoever to even ask for his money back, it's sold as seen. You just rely on human trust mainly though.

Especially after nearly a week though that's just taking the piss I would just laugh and hang up half the Chinese bikes out there don't even last that long once out the factory.

What you do here if he has been threatening you is soon as you answer your door to him dont say anything just stick the nut right on the end of his nose hard as you can, then kick him straight in the balls...... then see if he wants his money back when hes on the floor wondering what the **** just happened. Private sale sold as seen, your not a trader don't be bullied by him.

I already told u what to do if he turned up, see above, mind u not everyone will agree with the ask questions later method..... Dont let anyone take the piss fella...:)

They could always scout and return another day with the right size. It's almost like having your own key. They'll literally get your bike by undoing two bolts . I rounded mine off so the only way you're getting that off is by cutting

Yeah ralzy heard those Alma's are un croppable but hardly any use on the dt, can't put it through the frame so the only place to put it through is the wheel then and lock it to something else, obviously then they can just remove the wheel and take the rest of the bike, so wouldn't bother getting an Almax for the dt, different cheaper branded chain perhaps as another detterrant though

Chains are best high up off the ground as high as poss, thiefs use the floor as leverage for boltcroppers.

This is true Seiki and it would be a better idea to have the bolts rounded but in my case with my own security set up they would of had to of breached my shed entry security along side my xena alarms and my motorcycle alarm too. I even have an I.P cam so i hope they are showing their faces when they do. Its just making as as hard as possible for them to just get at your baby i feel that if i didn`t put so much security in place i would of failed to act properly towards security of property with the way things are in this day and age

lets face it guys anything we can think of the theifs already know of....

chain throu frame = seen plenty of bikes have a section cut out of the frame with massive croppers or saw

if the bikes not chaind down to something they can not cut or carry then = the chain is pointless

the best item anyone can buy is a good alarm hidden well on the bike in a place that they can not rip up the seat or panel to get at it .

a good brick built shed is best and laff my balls of to see shed with the hinges on the out side of the door with the screws showing one side and 4 great locks down the other = the locks become the hinges

lights are great but must be high up as a washingline prop can soon be found to knock the sensor out of range

if you saw my security you would think I was hideing a million pounds in my shed it takes me at least 10 mins to open with keys but well worth the effort to protect my babys/bikes ect

Almax chain fits, just. There is a gap that the link gets through and they do a bar that you can link your chain to through the frame.

They are croppable though with the longer croppers so best the get it off the ground

At the end of the day if the thieving bastards want something bad enough, they'll get it, it's all about slowing them down in their attempt to get it, and keeping them on your property longer so you can get hold of the scrotes, even a ****ty chain or disc alarm is better than nothing, and can buy a couple of minutes for you.
