clutch is ****ed so wont go into neutral wen running most of the time and the cutch is nakerd so wen i pull the clutch it still wants to go so I have to hold the front brake and rev otherwise it will cut out basically wen I stop I'm fuked

Speaking about camera angles, the best angle is where you cannot see the speed-o. Last thing you want is a video of you speeding on YouTube, it could lead to a prosecution. If you do wheelies etc, don't upload them to YouTube a big no-no.
Bikers have had their houses raided and all stuff like computers and cameras confiscated, including motorbike gear to try and get evidence for court. A guy on another forum I visit regular, which I won't name, got his house raided after he uploaded a video of him on a 1000CC doing wheelies and speeding up and down a public country lane. He said he lent the bike out or something and didn't know the rider, and managed to get off the hook. His bike had a distinctive sticker, so he couldn't say it wasn't his, as it was on the camera.
