you aint done one of the bolts to tight an pulled the stud out of the thread in the cylinder have you ,, iv done it before starting out an needed to helicoil the barrel to sort it out

yeah dont run it again just keep tightening it up an see if you can stop it about 19lbs of pressure on your wrench i think it supposed to be ,, is the water coming from the under front nuts washers cant really tell that well in the vid
if so undo the head bracket so its free run the bike an keep nippin the bolt up till the leaking stops worth a shot

yeah a good clear look at what going on inside would be handy
im not suggesting bodge it bradderz m8, just maybe hes not done one up or not done them up tight enough in the first place
or the studs ripped from the cylinders thread overtightening one , its easy enough to forget something when your throwing it together for the first time,
The head gasket supposed to be new too aint it why would that be naffed.
is the water coming out of loads of points or just one area

well is it a big or a small leak? if the head is all toque'd up to the right spec it shouldnt be leaking unless something is very wrong.. theres a coolant tube that runs below the exhaust, have you taken that off and forgotten to put the rubber o ring back on?
Lol. It's not something you judge by eye mate. It will be millimetres out and you would have to use a micrometer to tell. If you're loosing water through the head in a genuine head gasket then it's going to be that's its warped. But that should be the last thing you check.

the metal pipe goes under the exhuast from the radiator on the left and into the water pump housing on the right side of the engine, o ring should be in the hole or around the end of the pipe

Well i took a look and put some coolent in it and turned it over by hand and i seen it was pissing out with air bubbles from the head bolts so yeh i need a new gasket

How annoying! Either the gasket isn't doing its job. The heads and/or the cylinder is warped. Or those nuts aren't done up. Or the head studs are not in
