Looks like you cn tell your boss there is a lot of interest on the forum. And I KNOW these sorts of things will sell on eBay. For the rigt price of course. And saying that's all made in the UK. Bring manufacturing back. Nah mean.

toyman the ones steve had made wer **** made of mild steel just drilled on a pillar drill and outer shape hacked out with a band saw. these ones will be precision cnc machined from higher quality materials.. if we wer gonna be pumping out hundreds of these each month then yea we would drop the price untill then its gonna be a tad high.. imo i wouldnt mind payng 40 quid for a set

Aye Bradders agreed stainless is a factor in the price, I have a 3m length of 25x5mm stainless flat bar in my garage from when I made myself a boat trailor a few years ago, I think it cost me about 30 quid then so you can probably add another tenner say on the price nowadays, but cheaper still if you go to a metal scrappers, but like you say mild steel would be another option seeing as most people would have them powdercoated/sprayed to the colour of their choice anyway.
Don't get me wrong it looks all nice being done by CNC, but if I was making them, I'd find a fab shop that has a Guillotine or Cropper/Punch machine, set the back stop at 6" is it? crop off say 48 pieces (2 dozen sets), then set up the punch with a 16mm? punch and die, and a backstop for the holes, then radius each end on a bench grinder job done. A bit longer (10 mins?) if a 'bone' profile was ground out.

honestly bradders these are stainless steel and are £15 quid cheaper made exactly the same as yours i wouldnt bother making them if you cant do them for £20 or less

been thinking about it i wont bother with dog bones now just cant beat them prices unfortunatly.
brembo conversion brackets ill prob try n do ill speak to the boss n see what he says should be all gd.
n cals right barig cups for usds are prob a no go maybe i could do a cup to take up most of the gap then u may have to shim it up to take the rest of the space like a universal one size?? the gap on most 400/450 yokes arnt gonna be too different between models
so what sor t of money would u think is reasonable for an alloy caliper bracket and a stainless baring cup?

nev m8y what the differance between these other than the obvious different shapes but the descriptions are thesame for both?? which ones which? and how thick are these?

i could easily make these but the drawing for the second one is gonna have to be more in depth. the top left hole will be my X Y 0 datum/start position. but the hole to the top right.. i work on polar radius and polar angle to tell the machine where the hole needs to be drilled. on that drawin the hole has a radius of 45mm thts the distance from the first one (XY0) but ill need to know the angle. 0deg is straight line in x+ to the right. x-to the left would be 180deg straight up in y- would be 90deg ect so a rought guess goin by the pic id say its about 25-30 deg polar angle. ill need to know the exact angle of it to get it spot on. same goes for the bottom right hole. remember i wont have any means of trial fitting these brackets

Ya lost me at 'Nev' Bradders,

no seriously theres a few different combinations and all need different brackets, my SM set up is DTR forks, twin pot DTX caliper, and a 320mm TDR Italia/ rs125 disc, which is 20mm bigger than the DTX one, at 300mm,

If I ever manage to sort out caliper dust rubbers I'll bang on the TDR Brembo twin pot on, which has different mount points again , which I'll need another bracket for that too.
