The reviews on these are mixed arent they? Some say their amazing and they've done miles and miles on it without them breaking. Theres another guy whos had his bike for 15k miles and something went wrong with the engine and he had to fork out for a brand new lump.
I love the look of the front forks and I don't think they look 'that' bad. Compared to some stuff the Chinese are bringing out. TBH for 150 quid I'd have had it too.
Mdk if thats your helmet im worried that nath will pay you a visit soon o.o

That Pulse could probably be fixed on the cheap. Quite easily too. Get wire connectors, connect all the leads back up to the same colour, simple. Then if the barrel has been smashed, new barrel, then you can see if it starts up or not. And then just source cheap plastics. Wouldn't be too hard to come across, and its a work hack, so you can just put any old plastics on and it'll be fine. Only the headlight and taillight need to be put in place. Leave it without indicators and take the indicator switch off, job done.
Spicy110 seems to love them, in fact he wrote his Pulse Adrenalin 125 off, and got a Sinnis Apache 125. The same bike with a few mods and a new name. I wonder why they keep making them under different names? To avoid their bad reviews? lol.
If you have the money to rebuild the DT engine after every 10,000 - 15,000 miles, then keep it going. Just make sure you keep filling the oil up, but the DT is very sought after by thieves, sadly. :(
I'm using a Ped for going to shops etc. I don't trust leaving my DT for two minutes around here. It's straight home and locked up in my shed.

reviews on these bikes are not worth the net space they are typed on . and good reviews tend to be posted by people who have actualy bought a chinese bike so in my mind their word is worth nothing just like the bike they are reviewing .
lets face it all bikes have problems or things fail but a jap bike is made well with ok steels and construction and good grade plastic panels ect also if you see some chrome on a jap bike the chances are its real chrome and not silver painted plastic .
you sit a dtr next to a pulse out in the uk weather stood for 1 year untouched and uncoverd and examine them at the end of the year chances are the chinses bike will have rusted to a brown pile or dust on the ground where as the dtr would look ruff and have some surface rust but good chance after a service fresh fuel and oil /carb clean it would spring back to life.
the only person who will ever say that chinese bikes are anygood will be the fool that has bought one and is stuck with it he has to say that in the hope he can one day sell it on ?

yea not going to throw good money at it ,im struggling to shift the parts so this may well just be a work hack /rat it turned over last night but makes a weird shrieking noise from the spark plug area bit weird ,my m8 whose a bit of a wiring expert sorted the loom and now were just trying to get it to stay running
