I'm struggling here nev... You want to play your xbox through your amp? I'm confused lol why can't you run an optical
Cable from your xbox, to the amp? Or use an av cable to go from Xbox ( red and white cables), then video (yellow) to the tv.

Or do what I do - hdmi to tv (which takes audio and Video to tv) and then have an av cable going from Xbox too but just to the amp? It means the audio goes to tv and amp at same time but you just mute which ever one you don't want.

Am I missing something here??!

Well 2nd day of having the Xbox and...well....what have I been doing all these years!!? It seems smoother, faster and with soooo many more features! I can't have sky multi room in my house as there is only one sky input and they won't install another ( long story). So to be sitting here watching sky sports live is great. Also have Netflix and love film so it's all good! Aaaaand being able to listen to music during games direct from my iPhone is brill.

Properly won over but still feel dirty! Haha

 The playstation is a remarkable console. Its hardware capabilities are impressive for its time. Much like the xbox 1 was when it was released. And its functionality with many devices is appreciated. Its original release had sd ports. And various. Easily accessible hard drive that can be use to recover data using standard tools. Not sony specific is notable. fully fledged internet browser from release. The ability to install linux operating system on the original.

 

Like said it had a lot going for it. But the big but IMHO all that fancy hardware didnt beat the xboxs software. The original xbox360 just felt so smooth. The ability to private chat whilst playong games. Achievements. Custom sound tracks. Solid emulation for xbox 1 games. Nah the xbox really did well for functionality. But both are atarting to suffer from lack of updated hardware.

Yea that does annoy me with Xbox...ALL controllers should be rechargeable from Xbox as standard. ALL should have built in wifi...I mean wtf. It does sometimes feel the Xbox was done on the cheap in some ways or just to grab more cash off people. Other than that it seems cool!

Daughter and her boyfriend brought round their new gaming toy last night, an Alienware gaming laptop, £1300 fookin quid, whats that all about, rainbow coloured led lights all over it, very pretty like, but ffs £1300.

Not worth the money you pay for them Nev. You can build the same spec computer for half that price. Im sure Sean will back me up on them.

But PERSONALLY they look lovely. And for a laptop PERSONALLY they are really inpressive!

Lol I don't have the time for PC gaming. Mines strictly for xhamster.com and midgetmadness.com. ...tend to get too invoked in stuff and spend loads of cash then get bored and forget about it lol

Talking if which - just bought xbox live account, Netflix, love film, now tv, minecraft (fooking baller!), new controller, turtle beach headset and some other bits for Xbox...I'll stop playing it next month probs lol

i got them x12s too, good owd headphones them are! gotta bare in mind Nevwin they have the mic input too! as the standard one is worse than me when im on the whiskey, last time i was on the whiskey i whacked me nob out and slapped some birds leg with it
