surely this is not suppost to be there?

 

it hasnt punctured the inlet so i dont think itll cause an air leak, but ill seal it up with hot glue in layers just in case

 

looks like a very neat cut tbh, dont know how it got there, just noticed it while i was cleaning my engine.

Should be there. Possibly controls the direction of the fuel.

it doesnt effect anything of the bike, it doesnt enter the inlet, its just a potential air leak imo as its the thinnest part

Nah. There has got to be a reason for it. Doesnt make sense to just do that. Scrin ought to know.
