9mmm hex key

why is it so hard to get a 9mm hexkey, halfords dont stock them, and to order them in its 17.99 they told me. and as its bank holiday so there was no other shopping oprtions, i just bought one if ebay for 6 quid so that should do the trick.

its the same with the 7mm keys, usually for ford brake calipers etc...

they shuold also come with an extra reinforced piece on like the one below
