yeah waters not good to test with as a leak that side of the bike will be drawing air in /sucking so useing water it will suck the water in wards I would think ?
I have know ppl who silicone sealant form extra water tightness suppose you can do as you please to seal as long as it dosnt need to breath in some way
Can't see any leaks and sprayed wd40 all round it loads and nothing changed maybe I didn't do it right but I sprayed loads around it all gona wrap tape round it and do another hose test
