Keep your wits about you (wow what a stupid saying), it's 2013 and getting a new IP is nothing. I'm sure there are loads of banned people rejoined. Even a few I banned for personal reasons have come back thinking I didnt notice. They dont bother me as its the scammers im concerned with.
Some scammers make 2,3,4 accounts when they sign up and use them when needed. Not only recently it's been happening for years.
Please keep this in mind and also that Beyonce DID have one of the greatest videos of all time.
