Clutch slip :(

Changed my gearbox oil the other day, to what i thought it was gear box oil for my dt, was brought from moores(local yamaha dealer) and i drained my old gear box oil and put in the new 75/80 gearbox oil for my bike, when i drained my old oil out there wasnt 750ml as stated needed for the bike, so i filled it up with the quanity it needed, and took it for a spin and the clutch started to slip, i come home and adjusted the clutch cable so the clutch arm lined up to the notch on the engine casing

took it out, still slipping, brough 80/90 gearbox oil, and it dont slip no more

Guess this is a sign my clutch needs a rebuild?

IF so what clutch plates are recommended?
