yeah common thing on them the clutch and pull starter breaking ..

bought one or two for my kids under £40 as its no loss if plod take em away on fields tbh the last one we had bought it fill can pettrol day on field totalt rapeing it letting all his mates ect have a go till we killed it and I just left it there .. not sure if the other kids take it home or left it lol ...

best bit of advice remove the pull starter and make up a attachment to fit a cordless drill for starting it

That thing spinning right near a kids foot, they lose balance and they're wearing just trainers, they'll lose a toe or two. Extremely dangerous to have it like that on a bike kids will be using. And most kids don't wear proper gear because their mates will take the piss.

The piston is shagged lol, i put a put of 2 stroke in it and i was looking up the side of the exhaust port and i seen the oil bubbling down the side of the piston as it reached TDC lol, but im going to leave it since its only £40 for a new engine when it blows lol

It wasn't a blast at you. wink Just putting it out there as it's a public forum and people do take advice from here. So yeah.

BTW, I used to have mini motos and mini dirt bikes. Absolute nightmares on them carbs! Always had the floats sticking, had to clean them all the time with petrol and my mums paint brushes. The pull cords last a while if you upgrade them to the metal ones and ain't too heavily handed. They were easy to fix, as long as you don't snap the plastics on the inside holding it together.

I got rid of mine at about 12 or 13, got a 110CC pit bike with a clutch, stalled it about a hundred times that day, but finally mastered the clutch. biggrin
