try turning it round and trying again, theres a notch in there it uses as a guide. Just re read post, I was taking it you'd split the carb down, but poss not.

The throttle slide on my carb doesnt seem to sit at bottom of carb.throttle screw is not in so thats not the problem?throttle cable adjuster is all way in. Not sure what problem...any ideas..doesnt seem sny tight spots on cable either? Any other adjusters on cable? Gonna order new cable

It will only slide in one way mate...just doesnt sit at botto of carb ...leaves a huge gap?prob a third of the hole visable

Yeah had given new carb clean down.but after reassembly it seems to stop short?

Doesnt look it..when cable disconnected it slides all wayy down..thinking it was cable related...butunsure if any adjusters in middle section?

there's a roller assembly, at the junction where it splits to two cables, under the tank, are you feeling a resistance, as though hitting against something? check throttle at handlebar working good too, free and loose.

Checked junction and the outercable had moved out of position...thankyou Nev, ordered new cable anyways as all others are new
