but at least you dont need to be hunched over the tank, and redlining the engine or rebuilding or changing plugs every other few months...to get the best out of that WR250...

looks very nice..enjoy it

just an update , still runnin it in but have opened it up a couple of times and it goes really well, amazing for a 250 4 stroke single tbh, its almost 2 stroke like in the power in the sense that most of its power is in the high rev range, I test rode the Honda crf and my yammy is much quicker, so next on my shopping list is an fmf megabomb and a fmf silencer, been quoted £400 for the full system so maybe after the summer.

I love the look of it i must admit mate. The engine also looks solid. Nice 4 valve per cylinder engine liquid cooled. Just looks the business.

Also what with it being 4 valves per cylinder inplies the power range.

its a real quality machine hence the price when brand new was £6500 so I was lucky to get mine for 3700 with only 300 miles on it, what I like are the long service intervals of 6000 miles and first valve check at 24000 so minimal really just chain ,and oil and filter changes every 3000 miles I will probably do oil changes every 1000 though.
