i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike

piece of piss,

1.whip off the five bolts with the springs in them
2.whip off centre bolt
3.remove plates
4.reassemble plates making sure the cut outs in the plain plates are the correct distance from one another i think its 72 degrees .best get a haynes manual for it

clutch pressure plate has to go on in a certain position or it wont sit flush on the plates, took me a while to work that one out haha clutch plates are easy to change, not something u need to pay someone to do, u done a top end so u can do this no problem

Awesome thank you guys and me here thinking id have to split the engine lol and i think my clutch has lots of life yet but you never know lol

DT clutches rarely go mate. They are seriously built to last.

yeah easy job mate you will do fine just be sure to read up a little and if you get stuck at all leave it and come ask here ..

maybe do a little newbie tut as you go with pics for others doing it the first time or even a video
