I went to a pub once with a big rainbow flag outside , the guys in the pub were really friendly buying me drinks , they wouldn't take no for an answer but in the morning I woke up with a really sore arse I think the beer was off or something.

Yeah magistrates court and i dunno syph been adviced by the solicitor to plead guilty and roll with it. Because it seems obvious that i've done it i just can't recollect the event like i stated in the interview as well as everything else.

2 witnesses as well had the story explained to me. But yeah i don't see how my hands don't hurt or anything :/

I know bros my mate can die for all i care he's nothing to me. They showed me a picture of his face and it looked like he had a fig on his eye, blown up like a meatball and swollen shut and a huge fat top lip. Still have no fuking clue how i've done that with a hand that's fine as a daisy.

This is all very odd. Get a lawyer ASAP. If you can't afford it, go to citizens advice ASAP. In fact ASAFP. Explain it all, they will help. Borrow my tweed suit if you want...worked for me hahaha!

Personally I wouldn't admit guilt. That's just me. Theres no going back on it even if you didn't do it! Say you have zero recollection. Rely on their witnesses if needs be, they can't have any truly independent witnesses can they?

The trick is in this situation not to lie. At All....actually lie a bit about your earnings/outgoings on the form they'll give you (they base any fines around this.) If you can't remember that you did it then don't lie and say you can!

But get legal advice from citizens advice. If I were you I would take some photos of your hands and either get an independent person to agree to testify when you took them. In fact go to police station and tell then that you want them to photograph you for that very reason.

Reason for him doing it? Most likely is that he wants (and is most likely to happen) that you have to pay him damages.

I'm assuming its magistrates court?

Eye and lip aren't areas where you'd hurt your hand, unless your friend had over-crowded teeth, and you hit one of the teeth, if not, your hand would be fine.

Heck, most street fighters don't hurt their hands, the only time they hurt their hands is when they hit the ground or the back of the head.

Basically the whole night as i rmember it and that we went outside so my mate could have a fag we sat down we were talking i showed him a text on my phone with my left hand and then with my right out of nowhere i hit him then just explained the bits after and him bleeding which i can remember. Just can't remember the hitting parts. They have 2 witnesses that have seen it happen and all this. So i guess doing what the solicitor they provided said is the best option.

I would go to citizens advice still best to get two opinions. I never trust the guy trying to help me get off.... who's sent by the guys trying to stitch me up!!

+1 on that ^^^^ they talk you into pleading guilty,then rope you into an agreement with the courts

accountants (normally a baliff disbelief ) and then bum you. its not a legal deal and it won't have the courts stamp.

very naughty stuff,been through this a few times. they'll not tell you any names of magistrates (dodgy) or court

recorders. had a few of these thrown out when i refused to agree. they told me it would go to crown,i said ok.

was thrown out 25 mins later. be carefull with these con-artists,our police/courts are now fine organisers/collectors furious

No but he'd atleast want to try and sort it out and ATLEAST talk to him first. But nooo this ugly cnut didn't at all. But hey ho, i'm hoping for a caution thought i'd update it. Soliciters said when i got to court i should have been let off with a caution and that this is bs basically so gotta wait a few weeks :) fingers crossed.
