well, the moral of the story is, dont drink so much u cant remember.......

i hate to point out the obvious, but if u wasent quite as drunk u wouldent be here now.

if u get a caution then u will not have a criminal record because u didnt submit a plea.

but more imprtantly u lost a friend, and allthough his reaction is beyond the incident friends are hard to come buy.

TBH, what he did might be out of proportion, but you have to remember you did it in front of witnesses, they're probably egging him on to go down the court route.
