I've been doing the same just going for rides to nice places with my mates, such nice weather to ride in! Bike looks amazing as well bro, you can tell you've put loads of effort into it.
Cheers mate. I've taken a few months off from buying things for it. And my bank account really shows it too lol!
But the photos really do it justice. In person its an absolute wreck. All the panels are scuffed beyond repair. The graphics the same. The wheels have nasty scratches from the previous owner. I did an absolutely crap job in painting the swing arm. The frame has plenty signs of rust.
For now i'm leaving the paintwork and I will take it off the road next winter and get it all powdercoated.
Hahaha, mine's similar the frame is rusty in places, the panels haven't been sprayed very wheel and the swingarm is scratched to ****. Would love to powdercoat mine if I had the time :/.
I had a look up the exhaust port today still. And it looks as though the bike is on its last legs. Scoring along the barrel means its going to have to come off and rebored. 17K on the original bore. I'm not going to complain. Well overdue a change. Oh and this is WITH the bike being nicked!
Longshot but, that caliper you have at the front is that the aprilia RS one? 2 mounting holes close together? Cos if so there is a breakers by me selling one for a fiver. I may buy it.
Do you have yz250 forks? if so do you have the template for the bracket? :D

I don't mate. Yeah its an aprilia rs125 2000 model brake. Superb braking. But to be completely effective you'll want the rs125 front master cylinder.
Yeah something like that. Yz250F forks i think. 2003. Also mate its not quite as simple as you may think.
The bracket i've had made up is not only a certain size it actually thins out near the disc. Why? It basically makes the caliper sit dead in the middle of the disc. Instead of one side being closer to the other. Then there is my wheels. That bracket is designed for those wheels.
Its easy enough to do it. Just sit the brake on the wheel then make a cardboard cut up.
Ive been through Cheltenham a fair few times when travelling down south and back past more the race course side dunno how far this spot is mate? but its a good one I will say that. I`ve been to the highest point in the midlands great stuff and for shagging too but thats another story hahaha

I know you aint into off roading Calum but it does kinda look like summat is a miss without them i reckon they would finish the front off nicely but shes your bike and what you have on her is your choice its just an opinon but the pictures are sweet as regardless good to see her out and the scenery is pukka so it gets a 2 thumbs fresh from me
Yeah. I want to go for a more sports bike look at the front. Hense why i'm leaving them off. And just use the gaitors to protect the forks. I'm happy with it anyway. If i want to change it can but for the moment its good as it is i reckon.
