Uh, I didn't bother re-torquing my top end, couldn't get at it because of the exhaust and it uses two of them little O-ring things which can't be re-used and they're £20 a pop so thought "fuck it" no leaks or anything, coolant is always full when I check it. Athena gasket. Got head and cylinder skimmed all good.

If its the muffler protector you are on about Boxing they can be re-used time and time again.

The only time you have to renew is when they are damaged/split or broken

Think they are them. Got them on to fill the gap because smoke was coming out the exhaust port on high RPMs when I first put the DEP expanny on. So got some of them muffler o-rings and its done the job. Every time I take them off they fall on to the ground and I don't know which way they go around, and they're covered in oil so just whack some new ones on.

Oh, that's the rubber onto the silencer, I meant the o-rings going into the exhaust port, lol.

These: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EXHAUST-O-RING-GASKET-BLG16-/261089328087?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cca22fbd7

Need two of them on my DEP exhaust otherwise there's a leak at the exhaust port. Can see smoke billowing out at high RPM's, lol.

Are right seeing as you mentioned @ £20 a pop the only part I could think of that was around that price was the muffler protector

lol, I messed up on the price.

I've spent about £40 on them things the amount of times I've took my exhaust off, lol. My dad buys all the stuff off of eBay, I haven't bothered with the PayPal stuff. He just gets them and tells me the price, goes in one ear out the other. They come in a pack of three I think, at least I've got three at a time always.
