Been offered a dt200r carb at very good price... is it a straight swap? Any benfit to fitting them?

Doubt it. Dt's are an absolutely see you nect tuesdays to be fair. No aftermarket parts for them at all. So it'll have to be a custom jobby!

IMO better off with the aprilia rs125 34mm flatslide carb and bodging that in there.
