As your aware a sec 59 is under the anti social driving offences. i.e one of the following
Driving in a careless or inconsiderate manner
Driving on common land, a footpath or bridle way or any land which is not part of a road
Driving in a manner which is causing/has been causing, or is likely to cause alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
So yes your rear wheel locked but thats not anti social. So what did he say he gave you the sect 59 for they police have to give the reason why the are issueing you something summat doesn`t add up here ?

well i got a sec59 today and i wasnt really in the rong. i was ridng behind a few "random people" on mx bikes on the road and as we were coming up to a set of traffic lights i seen a police bike so as i was watching what he was going to do i looked forward to see a car stopping so i strated to brake hard and the rear wheel locked. when i pulled over for him he asked who the people on the other bikes were and i told him i didnt know and he said that if i didnt help him he wouldnt help me so i told him i couldnt tell him there names as i didnt know them so he gave me a sec59. what do you think my chances are if i appeal it ???
section 59 i hear you can`t appeal but this is such a thing as not accepting the sect 59 accepting it is as good as admitting to what they are saying you have done.
Personally if I had done nothing wrong I would want to know the reason im being given a sect 59 if i disagreed with what he was saying then take me to court I will thrash it out there. I can`t understand why you accepted a sect 59 for not giving names of people you don`t know.
Rear wheel is easy to lock up on these light 125's especially with enduro tyres!
Sounds like he thought he would get you to do the leg work to catch them, shame but unfortunately with dt's looking like offroad bikes and sounding like them to some people we are the enemy I have have had my fair share of hacky looks and even been stopped by a community support officer because he thought it was me in the football field doing doughnuts.
Biggest pile of **** ever, "oh yeah, we have no proof it was you at all we just take the word of a random person, also if you get another within 12 months, we will scrap your bike" bunch of whoppers
If a cop was trying to give me a Section 59 for no reason other than "not helping" them locate some MX riders they'd get a mouthful and a whole load of reasons why not to.
I'd take the fucker to the IPCC.
Did you get any paperwork with the Section 59?
As for you riding with MX bikes, stupidity at its greatest there. Or take your number plate off so you can run as well. No point in riding with illegal bikes when you're fully legit, you'll get stuff like this happening.
well its a bit of a downer that i cant do anything about it but next time i just wont stop.
and as for it being stupid for riding behind a few mx bike how please as i was riding normal not speeding. so i dont get how its stupid ok i may draw attenion to myself but nothing else.
i might looking into making a motorised numberplate so i can hide it when i want

Democracy.
Mate got one years ago, he got into an argument with some woman and starting revving like mad.
Fair enough he may have deserved it, I don't know I wasn't there but it the police came knocking a few days later about it. No witnesses, no CCTV - nothing. Surely if he said it never happened then they can do jack ****? By that logic I can just make up any old bollocks and get anyone done who I don't like....
As for flip up number plate, no. Just take your number plate off, whack it in your back pack, say the bike got knocked over at the local shops or something. If you say it was a day or so ago then they will fine you or give you a mouthful.
And don't ride with MX bikes. You're legit, forget riding with illegal riders. And expect to be pulled over for the littlest wrong for having that Section 59.
Also no point in taking the plate off of a DT. You'll NEVER out run a cop car with one. The helicopter will be out by the time you've even made some ground on them.
Lee if your legal there is no harm in riding with crossers but what you need to get into perspective if you do and the bacon see you. You will get a tug everytime mate
Boxing talks sense though, I dunno how bad the offence would actually have to be to risk running
+ even if they see your numberplate you're screwed, so only way would be not to ride around with a plate on and unless you live in the middle of no where that's a retarded idea.
Ride with who you want iv had it with sport bikes and I stoped they asked me who they are say I dunno just meet em down the road they wear leading me to a garage down the road somewear
Does not matter if itz bright yellow and the only yellow bike in 50 miles unless they catch you at it there's no proof
There is. If he wears the same helmet, leathers etc every time he runs away and they pull him with his plate, the evidence is his helmet and leathers. Or jacket etc he wears whilst riding.
Also if his bike has any distinctive stickers like numbers or a emblem of something, then again it's evidence that it's the bike involved in the chase(s).
The road isn't a race track. If he wants to ride with MX riders, get a MX bike or face the bike being confiscated. Simple as. It's being retarded riding a 125CC with no number plate.
i beg to differ to, a young lad got nicked for setting off a speed camera whilst giving it the middle finger, they managed to trace him from the gear & bike as they couldnt get a reg for the bike
Nath is just lucky a cop or a cunt from a forum he's on hasn't seen it.
Mind you the majority of his videos don't show him on a busy public road (with heavy traffic or pedestrians) doing wheelies or show his speed-o. Aren't much grounds for prosecution in his videos.

Things like this you have to go all or nothing...If you really want to ride like that then you need to have no numberplate, no v5 (ie no blue yamaha dt registered to you or your address), no insurance, tax or aaaaanything linking you to the bike, a lock-up for you bike that has no cctv within a mile of it and you must always be prepared to run from the old bill...oh and have tight lipped friends.
Its quite hard to do all of that...and you cant very well park your bike outside work or whatever...so you have to just have a spare bike to do all that shizz on...starts becoming a lot of hassle and really not worth it on a 125 road bike. Now living in the countryside with a 250 Mx bike on the other hand...but even with that, youll get local bobby with not much to do...
Get a 600 or over, take the number plate off, whack it under the seat if its a sports bike. Remain legit, but keep the number plate under the rear seat. Simple as, if you're being good, stop for the police say the bike has been bumped into at the supermarket (within the last hour) and job done.
If you're going to be naughty whack some plain clothes over your leathers. Simple as, use common clothes though like a basic jacket and jeans. Preferably one without a logo. Then rag the bike. You'll leave the police within minutes if you're a skilled rider. Of course if you come off mid-chase expect the book to be thrown at you.
If you want to ride fast and push the bike to its limits take it to a track.
Also buy a common bike. Don't go for something rare or distinctive. Which the DT is, not many lurking about now a days.
