But need to know the ID's and OD's of the hoses and lines and how many lengths im gonna need before I order, would go and ave a look but a lot of fanny arsing around with the bike not being home and its effort but if it comes to it Ill do that when I can :)

Don't recall you helping me? Jokes.

Just buy generic lines mate. 10 meters of sturdy pipe and do it all yourself.

Then buy some of this. I've seen it on someone elses project and it looks SWEET!

Used properly and it looks sweet.

Just measure it yourself. Not hard.

Thats just sleeving. You use it over the top of new hoses.

No one said you was stupid, that's your assumptions.

And as for hoses, can get blue, red and green (IIRC) loads of people have them just search "Yamaha DT hoses" on eBay and they all come up.

If you're talking about the little pipes going from the expansion bottle etc, just grab a couple of different sizes, they're cheap enough. Then which ever one fits jobs a good 'un.

By the way, don't forget heavy duty jubilee clips to go on the hoses to hold them on, or they'll come off one day and throw scalding hot coolant over you. wink

P.S use different colours for coolant and petrol / fuel lines. ;) Makes it a lot easier. Can use clear pipes if you don't want to mix colours.

Cheers buddy, and for that link too, not a bad price :) Ill probs go with them if i decide to go all red :)

As for coolant hoses probably gonna order these in Red and use my jubilee clips I already have for the coolant system, saves the hassle of cutting each hose down to size and these ones have branding too, good quality and fairly cheap :)

that link you gave me to that red fuel line set I got into contact with her to see if they were made out of silicone, which they were so ordered them ones :) cheapest for what you get on eBay so ta mate for the link :)

....If anyone wants to replace the pipe which goes from the rear res' to the other thing (dont know what it's called) you needa order 8mm ID and 13 OD hose.

If you're replacng the oil lines then make sure you buy some rigid pipe. If it bends easily with your hands then I wouldn't bother using it. If it kinks then say BYE BYE to your engine.

I think I use 6mm tubing, and put the end inch, into a cup of boiling water so as to heat it and expand it onto the spigot, then pipe/jubilee clip it.
