check your ignition barrel and also engine stop switch. i had same problems- renewed my barrel and working fine. bypass the ignition and try- also pull apart plug for sop switch and bridge it together

these were same problems i had and now resolved

Take the kill switch apart and clean the connectors back to shiny metal. That's what I done when mines was not sparking.

good points about ignition and kill switch but they would only affect the spark is strange that the servo is not cycleing and no spark that both may lead to cdi or a wire to and from the cdi ? but bypassing or wireing the bike up maybe a option to try first sure some one can pm you how to wire it up with out ignition..pls dont post how to ...

The kill switch wont stop the powervalve from cycling for definite, your also getting power in and out from your ignition switch because the lights etc are working so thats probably fine. It sounds like a cdi problem if you have lost ypvs operation and spark at the same time as the ypvs controller is built into the cdi.
