As title says mine need a rebuild as they have done 27000 miles and very soft/bouncey and while they are apart I thought maybe I could improve them with stiffer springs or thicker oil but I have been browsing the net for the last couple of hours but can't find any upgrades available.

Wilbers make progressive springs, I currently have a set on order.
As for the oil... im a fat fecker and i cant decide if i should stick with stock 10w oil or if i should go for 15w or 20w
