This Honda CRM 50 was our first bike with gearbox, almost 19 years ago, so it has a very special meaning for both of us.
The bike suffered some evolutions all over the years, since a 62.5cc kit, then a 100cc and finally the engine swap.
We've decided to try tuning a very famous engine in Portugal, the Yamaha DTR 125 trail bike, which only has around 28hp stock.
After the engine tuning, this engine fit on the Honda CRM chassis, is capable of great performances and acceleration, almost as fast as modern supermoto 4-Stroke bikes.
Yeah alright. Get a bigger bike. Well done. But it's not always about bigger. Sometimes it's just because we can. After all. We can't reinvent the wheel. But you can change the diameter.

Didn't you just buy a yz 125 hmmmm lol
It's a nice 125 perfect for what it's made for and i love mine
But it's so slow compared to anything with real hp
Yeah. But the yz isn't road legal. And is still a 125.
Like i said for me it's just a project. Summit to fook about with in the garage. You'll never match the power of that yz. It's just a different breed of engine/frame/chasis.
Speaking if which me and my bro took it sown to ashdown mx track. Got some sick ass videos.
Yeah mate. Trying too. Wanted to edit it all properly. Get it all legit. FÙCK ME THAT's hard! Really crap at editing.
But as soon as i get a few free hours. Will get it chopped up. It's about 9 gigabytes of High definition video that needs sorting and shifting... Using Windows Movie Maker. Yay.
