Worn selector drums or forks possibly Or poor clutch setup. At a guess.

Try adjusting the clutch to let it disengage more.

Sorry slow reply didn't know someone else commented.

What did you do? Please explain....

When riding going down gears IM pushing it and its not going down but if I brings the revs up it goes down but not smooth.
Also other day I went from first to second using clutch I always use clutch and it made a massive noise it sounded really bad grinding sound
I want to fix it before it does more damage.

I hope its nothing expensive...

Make sure you've got 750ml in there. No more, no less.

Could be worn gear lever. Just take off the gear lever and check the area for grip

what do you mean ?
the gear lever did come loose before i push it on as fair as it would go then did it up tight not been a problem since i did it up. but i did try to take it off but it wouldnt come off? it would pull off half the way and then be stuck.... i dont know why

If the gear splines are rounded off it will struggle to go into gear. Even if the lever is not on properly then it will be really hard to get into gear. Or awkward.

Yeah that's cause the splines are probably fine you're not pulling it straight. So you're pulling into a spline instead of out. And it's still clamped down so it will be difficult to remove. If that's the case then thats probably fine.

But if the gear level has been installed incorrectly I find that it just won't go into gear. I put it on a few splines too up and it just refused to go into gear.

If you need to take it off then a bit of lubricant and something to wedge the grip on
