New laws in respect of certain anti social driving offences can now be dealt with by Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
Basically what that means is if you are seen:
Driving in a careless or inconsiderate manner
Driving on common land, a footpath or bridle way or any land which is not part of a road
Driving in a manner which is causing/has been causing, or is likely to cause alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
Then a Section 59 warning can be issued to you. This warning is placed against both the driver and the vehicle and lasts for 12 months.

It's a pile of ****, just the government trying to flex there muscles a bit, the police prefer to just give you a telling off instead of issuing them as it's more work for nothing basically. Rather a loud pipe with the possibilty of annoying a pedestrian than one running out infront of me through town, the loud pipe stays, I've said that every time I've been pulled or had them come round my house lol. Not being a childish little kid about it making a fuss over nothing i gave them the reasoning for it with a valid excuse!
I've got one on the golf 2 days after getting it for drifting round posts on the beach and for hand braking it everywhere haha
Was being a typical young lad on a beach!

I was a bit disapointed liam. But then tou said beach and that changed it all. You gotta have fun off road! So long as it was empty then whats the problem?
Exactly must of been about 8-9 o'clock at night in the far end of the beach well out the way of anyone well I mean the other 3 cars doing the same thing haha! I'm surprised I've never been given any for on the road because I did have times where I'd enter and leave every corner sideways haha

Standard in any weather Nathan! I manage to drive a front wheel drive golf like a 4 motion r32! Tell them about how we nearly hit a bus in Kirby Danny or when I showed Aidan how easy my car spins out!

sounds like a blast! make sure i'm not on duty to come and diagnose your deaths or provide medical cover as your all lying trapped in said car!
by all means have a laugh -but in a safe environment and manor...sound like an old man(nearly 40) and it aint that old! -but too many times have i been for idiots pulling stunts like the above. you obviously havent seen what mangled metal/plastic does to a head or severred limbs chucked 30-40 ft into woods??

I sometimes drive like a TWA? then suddenly it comes back into my head and change my driving accordingly- still enjoy the buzz of speed like any other person(the concept not drug hahaha)
I work all over Manchester, Mersey also and wouldnt like to be on here saying i attended anyones death from this forum(also data protection would stop be) but you get my point?
