One thing i forget to tell u... You are able to Programm the Unit while riding with the Handheld programmer you can see in the video.
Programming on the Computer is also possible. But the handheld programmer is all you need!

You can directly feel the difference of the change... thats so cool

Price is around 190 $ but im not sure. Request via Email, you will recive an answer really fast! Support is perfect!

Hey there!

I like to give a litte bit promotion for this CDI Unit.


Fist of all.... I was seaching for a programmable CDI unit for my project.

I dont wanted to use Ignitech because it isnt so well build. A few features were missing i like to have... (later more about that)

I found Zeeltronic and contacted them.

Zeeltronic adjusted the PCDI-10V model for Yamaha DT 125 DE06 after my request. He send me the CDI for testing and it runs great.

CDI comes with connectors. Plug n Play.

Today i Wrote Zeetronic because of another questing and he told me that he dont get any order for the CDI. 
Because of that im now opening this topic because i realy think you get someting for your money.

Whats better than Ignitech?

 

- You can set up Ignition in 0,1° steps. Ignitech only allows 1° steps. I saw on my own that a change of 0,5° can make a big difference!

-  Faster processor, calulates ignition for every 1 RPM Change

- You set up Powervalve Full Closed and full opened position. After that you work with 0% to 100 % steps. This makes setting up so much easyer...

Ignitech is working with mV for servo.

- You can set up a devigation zone for servo here the original description: 

 

"Deviation means how accurate valve is moved to calculated position. If deviation is too low 

then servo motor won't be stabile it will always search for calculated position in small 

movements. Default setting is +-5% and should meet in most cases"

 

On Ignitech CDI the servo often jerks around... what kills the servo sooner or later...

And a lot more things like quickshift!

The 2002 has only one charging coil.
Send him an mail with a picture of your stator connectors. He will find an answer ;)

Thats interesting. Wouldn't mind getting one of these in the future. Especially as it has a pv controller.

$190! Damn that's cheap as hell!

Most CDI's I've seen go for about £300+. Let alone the features on this thing are insane. I want to run a 4DL TZR engine and want a decent mapping to suit it too! So this is bang on I reckon!

Perhaps after christmas I should get meself one me thinks.

I spoke to the living legend who is Mr Mick Abbey earlier today about my engine, he said the best thing you can do to a DT is fit one of these CDI's.
I'm getting him to rebuild and tune my engine and will also be getting one of these to get as many horses as I can out of it.

Hey swatmugga have to say thank you very much for showing us this cdi ! . I was considering getting an ignitech a few years ago but just gave up on the idea in the end as i didnt think it would be very good. but this seems loads better and the handheld progammer would be nice definitely getting myself one in the next few weeks. One question about the CDI when you turn the ignition on and the servo does its selfcheck/cleaning cycle is it the opposite way to the original cdi?. If that makes any sense to you.

I got my zeeltronic christnas eve. Very nice bit of kit. Even came with powervalve map.

Also it can store 5 different maps on it.

Cool. Literally just upped a video of the dt down some country lanes today. As soon as i fit that zeeltronic (and when the weathers rideable) i intend of hitting that same lane so you can see the difference the zeeltronic makes (if any). Not being biased on this one. Power out a 125 doesn't interest me on my bike. Others yes. But i'm a slow rider.

Just to answer my own question. Yes the clean cycle is the opposite way. original cdi was fully shut then wide open and the zeeltronic is open then shut so we will have to remember that when setting up the servo cables and the programmer is goin to make setting up the pv much easier. The servo sounds different too it sounds like its either going really quick or the closed position is not very low so il be having a play with that on the programmer tommorow. Another thing that will be good is we dont have to grind the pv when having to get oversize pistons

 Thats an interesting point about not modding the powervalve. How do you mean? I only ask because its the back surface of the valve that protrudes into the bore and causes the issue. Surely the valve will still be closing and so this part will still be sticking into the bore?

Yeah your right andy i thought about that after i posted and should of edited it. Lol for some reason i thought the valve shut the opposite way. So it will still hit the valve
