Played around with the settings and wow the difference. I'm going to do a GoPro in a minute so you guys can see the difference. I'll get it up by the end of the day.
Sounds good Cal. Ignore the silly comments. It's a fantastic bit of kit. A lot of the RD350 guys use them and reccommend them over many of the other popular mods. I'll be running it on my tzr 350 without a doubt, along with a set of banshee coils. get that video up!
The controller is great. The map is much better than standard. I'm just cautious of it running lean so it's away in the garage until i get time to plug chop and sort out the settings.
Big difference in the mid range. Front lifts up more even with all these mods. Dies off in the top end but that's probably down to some fine adjustments.
Pulls a lot better through the rev range. Feels a lot smooth too.
Still wants some fine adjustments. The snorkel is out at the moment but i'm a snorkel in kinda guy. So I need to have a look at the settings.
Hey Cal that sounds better already. I'm the same, prefer the snorkel as it helps smooth out the power a little bit. Tried with and without it the other day.
I'm definitely interested in a Zeeltronic, well mostly for the fact it has a programmer :)
My bro has a power commander fitted on his cbr1000 and he's made his own maps for it so I'd imagine he knows where to start. I know when riding mine there's a little more to be had but don't like ringing its neck to get there.
In regards to swapping maps/programming the CDI, do you just plug in the programmer then job done? How long does it take and do you need to dismantle anything off the bike in the process?

Yeah best thing you can buy IMO.
Well two strokes are designed to be battered. There is no power in the lower revs.
Yeah but four strokes and two strokes are a little different. You get given maps that you can change. Depends where the CDI is located but for me it's remove the seat and tank and plug and play. Not much to it really.
