What's happened? And dude your engine is really oily! Using too much two smoke or the exhaust isn't on properly :(

See told you it would be something obvious. How has your gasket got a hole in it? Also are you aware the rebuild can be done with the engine in the bike. You don't have to take it out everytime. Makes some jobs easier and some harder. Like tightening bolts. Easier done when theres a swingarm holding it in place.

There's no play in the bearings on the con rod, but i'm going to order a full gasket set and a gen head gasket if anyone can find one for me that would be awesome thanks

PJME sells a full Athena Gasket set. But if that rod is as rusty as it looks then it won't be long until it breaks and destroys the bottom end conpletely. Bottom end rebuilds are that expensive.

My advice mate. Bodge it for now. Save up £200 and give it To NORFE he'll sort it all put and make it brand new. No more engine problems mate. That wojld be my advice. Bodge it then save like mad.

Engine need cleaning before reassembly though..you obviously haven't sealed exhaust properly as it's blowing big time..you Need a new exhaust gasket to..only pennies for them off eBay. Where the gasket has hole..probably because not tourqed correctly..as that's what happens if not flat...or not skimmed.
Post me better pic of piston mate and the surfaces of head and gasket..close up if possible.

When sealing the exhaust. Use some silicone sealant. Just the stuff you use in the bathroom etc. Believe it or not it withstands the heat and seals exhausts very well. I put some inside the recess where the gasket sits and push the gasket into it. wipe around the inside to remove excess. same inside the exhaust where the gasket will squash.

It looks to me like theres a chip out of the mating surface of the cylinder? hard to tell with those qulity photos tho. Could be a drip of water. Get the barrel skimmed. make sure all surfaces are clean and dry. use a genuine/athena head gasket. put all the head washers and nuts on and by hand in the right pattern ( manual) tighten them down and keep going round til you cant do it anymore by hand. Then with a toque wrench at the right setting, repeat that but only go like 1/2 a turn a time on each nut. It takes time but im sure you're wlling to spend the time to do it properly to prevent it happening again. Also dont forget to keep checking the torque on those after the first few heat and cool cycles and then after a good ride.

Piston sides look good although it looks like its beeing running hot/weak by the top of the piston. Check your jetting and carb settings. Cant see any problem with mating surfaces but if you can and intended to anyway, the might as well get them skimmed. My only conern would be that your increasing you compression ratio by skimming which could be causing the head gasket blowing but dont quote me on that. just throwing ideas out there.

A different head might be an option if youve skimmed it already?

Would this work "www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-DT-125-R-3RM8-4BL-1996-Cylinder-Head-Gasket-/140790536168" since my barrel code is 3mb, and a 3md engine code ?

it would be running lean because of the exhaust leak! where its leaking-would be drawing air in- hence importance of new gasket and sealant around it.

Why did you re-use gasket after all that work? also £10 for those nuts...seriously?? get done to a handymans and pay couple £ at the most...thats what i did
